Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below. These definitions apply throughout all documents, policies, and communications issued by buybet.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and buybet. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the buybet Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with the buybet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the buybet Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. buybet recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms at the time of your registration for your personal records.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the buybet Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each wagering activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of buybet or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not registering or using the Platform on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from buybet or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and with your own funds.

buybet employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age or identity is subject to immediate account termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where warranted.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the buybet Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or related accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Philippine mobile number for SMS verification and two-factor authentication purposes.
• Your current residential address within the Philippines.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. buybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify buybet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All buybet account balances are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No foreign currency accounts are maintained, and no currency conversion fees apply to standard transactions. buybet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your buybet account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. buybet does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which buybet bears no responsibility. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via credit facilities are subject to additional verification at buybet's discretion.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within one (1) to three (3) business days under Philippine Standard Time.

• buybet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including source of funds declarations, where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account are subject to additional review and verification.
• buybet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered Player, or accounts outside the Philippines.
• Any reversal, chargeback, or dispute initiated by a Player against a buybet deposit transaction will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the buybet Platform are governed by specific game rules that supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or market only.

General betting rules applicable to all buybet games and markets:

• All wagers must be placed using available account balance. Wagers may not be placed on credit or against a negative account balance.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the buybet system, it may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where explicitly permitted by specific game rules.
• buybet reserves the right to void any wager that is accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or technical malfunctions. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's balance.
• Winnings from valid wagers will be credited to the Player's account balance promptly upon settlement of the relevant game or event outcome.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, buybet's decision — made following internal review and, where applicable, consultation with the relevant game provider — shall be final and binding.
• buybet live casino games, including Ezugi live dealer baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, are subject to the additional terms and conditions of the respective game provider. Player behavior that disrupts the live dealer environment may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from live dealer tables.

Bonuses & Promotions

buybet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback credits, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all buybet bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. buybet reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering activity.
• Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used or that do not meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse. Any strategy or behavior deemed by buybet to constitute systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless specifically permitted by a promotion's terms.

buybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have met all applicable conditions prior to any such change.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the buybet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering multiple accounts, on the buybet Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with buybet.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the buybet Platform or any of its underlying systems.
• Using the buybet Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or conduct any transaction in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or obtain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your buybet account.
• Placing wagers on behalf of any person who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward buybet staff, customer support agents, or other Players.

Suspension & Termination

buybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by buybet.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
• Detection of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 above.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in buybet's dormant account policy.

Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting buybet support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being on file. Bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Privacy & Data

buybet collects, stores, processes, and uses Player personal data in accordance with the buybet Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the buybet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

buybet processes Player data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. buybet does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data held by buybet, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Data access and deletion requests may be submitted to [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, buybet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the buybet Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes or betting losses.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond buybet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by buybet in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, wager voidance, or bonus forfeiture.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains a manifest error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit buybet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

buybet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take that seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered buybet Players at no charge, accessible directly from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders. Players may configure session duration reminders to receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period. Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks. Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying net session activity and elapsed time.

buybet encourages any Player who believes their gambling has become harmful to seek help. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between a Player and buybet that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who have a complaint regarding buybet's conduct may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

buybet operates its Philippine-facing services in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and all PAGCOR-issued regulatory issuances applicable to online gambling operators.

Amendments

buybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, buybet will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The most recent version of these Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the buybet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the buybet Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
